Hello

Bit stuck as to how i work the last bit out highlighted i though it would have been ship + deffered gain ?

    It's minus the relief... The greater the cost the less the taxable gain would be, therefore the cost has to be reduced to increase the gain, and therefore the tax payable, make sense?
