Hi Folks
I recently started on a temporary job which is going to last about 6 months, through a recruitment agency. The consultant made it clear that I am not allowed to work through an umbrella company.
Does anybody know the laws regarding this, or does each recruitment agency have their own rules and regulations regarding umbrella companies?
Thanks

It is what it says, you can't work through an Umbrella company (a common form of contracting). It has no correlation to the companies you will be working for though.
If you don't know what an Umbrella is, chances are you're not working through one. :001_tongue:0
