Would I be corrrect in treating the following vehicle as commercial?

Mitsubishi Outlander GX4 Di-D Diesel Manual, 5 Door

I have checked HMRC vehicle list and I am convinced it it classed as van.

But need some advice please.

    It has to be the Outlander 4 Work to qualify as a van, it has the blocked in rear windows and the rear seats removed.
