Any suggestions where to start with the case study please?

I didn't do the case study but how about reading through the points you need to make, reading through the case study then go through making notes next to each point from the case study. From this you can start to type it up?

You've done the best thing. I found once I made a start I got going. I picked a weekend date then and got about 70% done in the one day. It was the researchy bits and things I needed to find at work that took the extra time then. If you need any help on any of it just ask. I did mine in June so I still have all my stuff and will help if I can.
