EC sales list

Hi all,

I have a client who has to fill in an EC list each month as they have various customers in different Euro countries. They are also registered for vat in one other EU country and pay vat in that country as they purchase goods and supply one of their largest customers in that country.

Should the customer they supply in that EU country go on the EC sales list submitted in the UK.

Hi

EU sales lists relate to a specific VAT registration, so I would only complete it for the registration to which it relates/goods and services supplied under the list's VAT number.
