Dear Mr Shan
PROWESSINCEPTION LIMITED
Thank you for your e mail of 17/10/2014 concerning the overdue annual
return (form AR01) for 05/09/2014 which should have been filed by
03/10/2014.
I can advise our records show we have received your accounts for the
company. Accounts for the period ending 31/08/2014 were received and
accepted for filing on 03/10/2014.
As the company is required to remain on the register, the proposed
strike off action has been discontinued. The failure to file an annual
return is a criminal offence but I will defer any prosecution action
until 18/11/2014.
If the company record is not brought up-to-date by that time, the
directors may face criminal proceedings. Conviction for this offence
will result in a criminal record and a fine of up to £5,000 for each
document not delivered on time.
You may be able to deliver your annual return form online via our Web
Filing service, which has in-built checks to ensure that you get it
right first time. Our web-site www.companieshouse.gov.uk gives
information on this along with a full range of guidance booklets and
forms. The filing fee for filing the annual return online is currently
£13.

PLEASE HELP, WHAT IS REQUIRED FROM THE EMAIL I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND.

@prowessinception
Becca is right it is asking you to file an annual return (not the statutory accounts). You can find more info on:
www.companieshouse.gov.uk/about/gbhtml/gp2.shtml
If you are indeed the owner of the company you may want to discuss this with your accountant?0 -
