Hi, im sure its very simple but, not come across this before, how do I account for an invoice for Microsoft Office 365 when the invoices come from Dublin and charge 23% VAT on a VAT return?

Have a look here.
If they were aware that you are a VAT registered customer in the UK they should not have charged VAT and you would need to reverse charge (I'm assuming this was for a download and not a CD).0
