Ftax and Special Notice error

I'm just using Ftax for the first time to complete SA100s.
Using the forms seems fine and I've logged into my account and the correct number of credits are showing on the form. I've also checked that I have complied with the Special Notice but when I try and print the forms and select Yes to get an IR Mark I get a warning saying 'Please comply fully with the Special Notice'. Just wondered if anyone else has had this problem?
I've emailed their support but not had a response yet.
