Can we talk on behalf of client for National Insurance?

Title says it all really! Am pretty sure I should know this but I'm not sure.

Can we speak to National Insurance regarding a client?

    Certainly can; as long as you have Self Assessment authority either by a signed 64-8 or an online authorisation, HMRC specifically state that that includes NI.
