Subcontractor Agreement

Hi all, first post on the boards and I'm hoping you can help me.

I run a small firm of accountants, and am currently looking to employ the use of a subcontractor. I have recently qualified and have just filled in my MIP application.

I am looking for a template subcontractor agreement to include confidentiality clauses. Can anyone help?

AAT have a template (or used to in the MIP toolkit). Try logging into MyAAT and look for AAT Toolkit and find template documents. It's around the same place as the letter of engagement templates.
