Green Light login?

Hi

Is anyone else having problems logging into Green Light? I used Green Light tests a couple of weeks ago and didn't have to enter a username, but now it is asking me for a username and password. I have tried my AAT number and registered email address but they don't work. I am logged into myaat. Can anyone help please?

Have you got an up to date registration? I couldn't access any resources without logging in or without having paid fees to renew registration. If this isn't the issue I sometimes find the website glitchy and even while logged in I end up redirected to pages I 'need to log in to access'. You could try it on another device or with another browser or it could just be down at the moment. Give AAT a call if it doesn't resolve by tomorrow.

Thanks ariadne. I think my registration is up to date, but I'll check. Will give them a call if it still doesn't work.
