Level 4- Business Skills Diploma

I work for an accountancy firm and they have told me I have to do the Level 4 Business Skills Diploma as part of my AAT apprenticeship. My college is being pretty useless about helping me, I haven't actually had an assessor since the 23rd of December so have no one to submit this too anyway.

I wondered if anyone else had started this yet, and could give me any tips about how they went about it?
