LLP accounts - help

Hi I am looking for a bit of help with LLP accounts, it is a small llp, so all I need is abbreviated, does anyone have a template I could use?

I had one LLP client (thankfully now incorporated!) and I used the template in VT accounts, it is quite cheap and very good.

If you are only worried about the abbreviated accounts why don't you just order a copy of abbreviated accounts for any LLP that has been submitted to Companies House for a few quid any copy the layout?

LLP accounts have to be sent to Companies House in the post, so just submit them early just in case they are rejected and you need to make amendments and re-submit them!
