In conjunction with Kaplan Financial, we're holding a study support event in February in the heart of London.
The Financial Accounting study support event is ideal for students studying for the Level 3 Diploma in Accounting or Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping and Ethics. The aim of the event is to provide support to students who have already studied the units and are in need of additional support on key topics allowing them to gain a deeper understanding and the opportunity to raise questions.
The study support session will be in the form of a case study which covers all areas of the syllabus. The tutor will guide the delegates through the case study, briefing and de-briefing the tasks within the case study. The case study will also focus on the following 4 key areas which students often struggle with both in the classroom and during assessments:
• Journal entries and adjustments in the extended trial balance including accruals and prepayments
• Incomplete records techniques
• Preparation of financial statements
• Accounting for changes in partnerships
To find out more information and to book a place, please visit our website.
