Advice for next level!

Need some advice from people. I am doing level 3 at the moment and finish the course in May. My work has said I can take a break for a year and do level 4 in September 2016. I am debating though if I should wait until then or do it this September (hoping I complete level 3). Wondering if it's better to do it all in one or as I said take a break?? Any ideas?? thanks!!

Only you can decide this, it's a personal decision. Personally, I would rather get it done and out of the way. A lot can change in 12 months.0
