I have been asked to prepare accounts and assist with the annual return for an IPS company. Is the format the same as normal company accounts? They do not need auditing

Hi Slocky, the accounts are quite like company accounts. They accounts aren't reported to Companies House, but are reported to the FCA on the Annual Return and you will still need to file a CT600.FMAAT - AAT Licensed Member in Practice - Pewsey, Wiltshire1
