Public Liability Insurance

Hi All

I am a licenced MIP, the bulk of my work is bookkeeping/VAT/Management Accounting work for a local accountancy firm. One of the new partners is insisting that I get Public Liability Insurance....... Is this the norm for everybody else?

I already have PII insurance.

If so, then any tips which insurer to use?
