Tax impact of employee perks scheme?

Hi all,
My client has found what looks like a fab find (I may jump on the bandwagon) where you can register to a third party to get all sorts of staff perks for FREE (yes free). I don't know how it's free but there are lots of companies surviving (if that's the right word) with a similar model. I've found some of the free services the best including quickfile and timeclock wizard.
Any way this is the company HERE
Can anyone shed some light on the tax and payroll consideration of this?
Thanks
Steve
