Experience of Satellite Broadband for Member in Practice

I am looking to move my practice to a location with very poor broadband but south facing. I intend getting satellite broadband as I need it for my CRM, Accounts software, HMRC (including payroll submissions), and on-line meetings and training for which I use GoToMeeting so I can access their machine as well as mine. Could you let me know what I should check for and any helpful hints. Thanks
