Hi All
I have a client who is owed a lot of money from a charity who his company modernise houses for them, basically the charity is dragging their heals and will not corporate with setting up a payment plan.
We have threatened late payment charges and court proceedings and the charity seem to think court would not demand a payment plan.
Has anyone had any experience with charities and court proceedings?
