THE COMPANY

A respected independent Chartered accountancy practice are looking for a Semi Senior Accountant to join their team in South Sheffield. The firm are friendly and have a relaxed and social workplace environment.

They are expanding and have done very well throughout the last five years, including opening an additional office in 2014. There is plenty of scope for career progression for those that want it, as well as an excellent study support package available for ACCA or ACA once you have finished your AAT studies.

THE JOB

Working directly for one of the Partner’s own teams, this role will give you exposure to full annual accounts production, management accounts and tax compliance for a varied mix of clients including wealthy individuals, partnerships and limited companies. Some travel is required to client sites on occasion, but you will receive expenses to cover travel costs.

THE PERSON

To be successful in your application you will need to have proven experience of accounts production within an accountancy practice environment, be a strong team player and be capable of communicating well with clients. Once you have settled in, there will be good prospects for progression and for further study.
