So i have my last exam tomorrow on Costing and Revenues but i am stuck on Discounted cash flows

Can someone please explain how the net cash flows row is calculated??

NOW SOLVED. I forgot to minus the disposal proceeds.. silly me!

    Why is it that on year 1 and year 2 the net cash flows is the same as the operating costs but its different on year 3? How is it calculated?

    Net cashflow is the total cash movement. So it's the first three rows added together.
