Outgoing, friendly, hard-working, motivated Accounts Assistant required for rapidly expanding Aintree, Liverpool-based company.

Skills required:

• Sage experience (ideally Sage 200)
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Numeracy with good attention to detail
• Natural enthusiasm
• Work on own initiative and willingness to work within a team
• Articulate, well spoken and organised
• Punctual

Tasks will include:

• Turnover reconciliation and analysis
• EC Sales Lists
• Intrastat
• Cashbooks
• Credit Control
• Multi-currency sales Invoicing
• Stock control
• Purchase Invoice processing and analysis
• Credit card reconciliation and analysis
• Purchase statement reconciliation
• General office duties
