After AAT? Suggestions for courses around a year long?

Hi all

I'm looking for some advice. I'm currently waiting on 2 more results from AAT Level 4 then, fingers crossed, I'll be done! I've already applied for MAAT status so that shouldn't take too long after. My dilemma is what to do after AAT. I'm extremely lucky and my company are happy for me to do whatever I want after AAT - CIMA, ACCA, ATT. However, I can't commit to something that's 3/4 years long. Can anyone suggest any courses that would enhance my learning etc that are around 1 year long? I'm interested in tax particularly but would be happy to do any course that builds on my accounting knowledge.

Many thanks in advance!

ATT is a good tax qualification. 3 papers (Personal Tax, Accounting Principles and one optional paper to choose from VAT, IHT, CT or Business compliance) and 2 e-assesments (law and ethics). If you have passed AAT Business Tax you are exempted from the Paper 2 Accounting principles.
It's doable in 12-18 months depending on how many hours of study you can set aside.

It also depends on whether you would like to achieve chartered accountant status.
    Good luck! :)
