AAT entry level

Hi everyone,
I have recently decided to go into a career of accounting. I have always wanted to do this and feel now is the time, I am 26 and I work full time. I have been searching all around the Open university and home learning college and they have brought up AAT level 2 courses straight to me. Is it recommend that I do the entry level first? I only ask because AAT level 2 keeps coming up with no mention of an entry level, and entry level is referenced to as pre GCSE qualification which confused me a bit.
Can anyone please help me understand what is required of level 2 qualification and if I should do an entry level first, thanks in advance.

Hi @liamg231
We tend to find that people with work experience are more suited to Level 2, while Level 1 is more suitable for, say, school-leavers.
However, for more guidance I'd suggest registering for AAT Skillcheck and doing the quiz there - the outcome will suggest which level may be best for you.
