I've been approached by a potential client who requires a set of dormant accounts preparing, accounts not due until Jan 16.
This would be my only Ltd company, the cheapest quote I've got is for a ten user licence @ £99 + Vat.
Does anyone know of anyone who does a pay as you go service for this any price I quote would be wiped out by software purchases.

Have you looked at HMRC 's own software? It's free and allows you to file jointly to Co House and HMRC. You would need to apply for an agent code (I think the facility is being withdrawn for agents next year but it should still be available now)
