Life After Level 3

I sat Level 3 back in 2011 alongside sitting my accounting A Level. Since then, I have been working outside of the field, not using any of the knowledge from the course. I now have an accounting job and am looking to continue with AAT, but what would be the best course of action to take? Would be advisable to resit level 3 before moving on, or just move straight on as I'm sure lots has changed? Would I be able just to jump straight into level 4? My employer is fully supportive in whichever direction I chose to go, but knows nothing about it, so I just need to advise him on what I want to do. Help?!

There is a skills check on the AAT website at http://www.aatskillcheck.org/home.aspx which may help you to decide. Good luck with it all.0
