Incorrect company accounts filed

I have recently taken over the bookkeeping and accounts for a company whose accounting records are so shocking it's quite unbelievable. I have corrected all entries from the business start date of 01.05.2013, however this has highlighted that the accounts that were filed for year end 31.01.2014 are massively incorrect.
Please can someone advise on how best to proceed as I am currently in the process of preparing the accounts for the year ending 31.01.2015.
