Membership fees upon successful completion of Level 4

I have just renewed my student membership to 31st October 2016. I will be finishing Level 4 in December/January (depending on results). Will I be asked to pay the difference between the student membership fee and the affiliate/full membership fee when I pass my final Level 4 exam?
