Complete Site Safety are a health and safety training company catering to the Oil, Gas, Renewable Energy and Construction industries. Based in Liverpool City Centre, we've grown rapidly to establish ourselves as one of the leading training providers in our sector.

We require a part time Bookkeeper who will attend our centre for a couple of days a week and complete all financially related tasks. This includes:

Balancing accounts
Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
Checking company bank statements
Preparing cash flow statements
Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
We expect the candidates to have:

Good analytical skills
Good organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident with IT (especially Excel and any financial software packages)
Good communications skills (written and verbal)
Happy working as part of a team and managing others
Discreet and trustworthy
