I am looking for a Part-Time Book-keeper / Accounts assistant, to start as soon as possible, initially 2 - 3 hours per week, working in a small business based in Barnes SW13.

Responsibilities will include
• Entering Sales and Purchase invoices
• Bank reconciliation
• Posting and reconciling Petty Cash
• Payroll
• Assisting with Monthly Management Reports

The ideal candidate should have:
• Previous accounts experience and ideally studying AAT or similar
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Experience with using Quickbooks required, and Sage desirable.
• Initiative, accuracy and attention to detail
