introducers

Hi everyone
I have been approached by someone who wants to introduce clients to me and wonder if there is a standard or template introducers form as he has asked for a fee to be paid to his company. I have searched the AAT website and can't see one.
Also are their any rules that I should look out for to stay compliant?
thanks in advance

I reward those who introduce clients to me. They get a fixed one-off fee if and only if I take on the client. No template needed. Just word of mouth. The invoiced fee goes through my account as an expense. How they treat it is up to them.0
