Can't get to practice exam

Hi,

I'm struggling to access the list of resources for PETH level 3. I am on the study support search and can see the long list on the left hand side of the screen. I have highlighted "Professional Ethics" but nothing has happened and there is no "next" button or anything similar. Can anyone help?

I have found the same issue, both with the latest version of Firefox, and an outdated version of Internet Explorer affecting all topics on https://www.aat.org.uk/training/study-support/search

Earlier in the year there were two layouts for the Study Support page, but it looks like they have updated to this version and it's not showing any material for any topics. Lucky I've done all the course work for my SPSW exam (postponed from last Tues to this Tues) or I'd be really annoyed.

Got this from the Troubleshooting for practice exams, though it'll have to wait until Monday for anyone to see it.

Thanks. I fully expected to be doing Accounts Prep as the first paper for L3 but we seem to be doing the two tutor marked ones first. Needless to say my learning provider doesn't show on the AAT list, but was the only one in Cambridge doing evening classes so I'm stuck with it.

Same here, i have tried chrome and IE... usually you click on the box on the left to access the study material, but its just an empty space...exam Monday morning, now no online samples... terrible service for what we pay per year...

I planned to practice Budgeting exams online today. Having same problems as above please could you advise when this problem will be fixed. My exam is on Thursday, I work full time so today was the only day that I had free time to practise.

I'm having the same problem as above. None of the modules work if you click on them. We all have exams coming up so it isn't ideal...... I've tweeted @StudyAAT but I doubt I'll get a response until tomorrow

Really annoying - exam on Wednesday, working Mon, Tues so had set aside today for studying.

In the same boat , nice to know I'm not alone but that doesn't really help.

Assessment on Tues and no way of contacting them, tried facebook, twitter, phone and website. No joy!

I will email them at membershipsupport and send them my screen shots.

I will also try a explorer instead of chrome and see if that helps.

Hello, I have the same problem. I need to revise for my exam and today is the only day I can do it. When it will be back on, please?!

nope, no links without administrator approval, that really sucks.

AAT should be refunding any resits as a result of this fiasco!

I'm glad I'm not alone, but doesn't help that I've got an exam on Tuesday so revision day today but can't get on to do the practice papers.........very frustrating!!

Hi everyone ! I'm in the same boat too! I've been trying since 9.30 this morning to access online tests (Level 3 AQ2013) which are VITAL for my 2 exams on Tuesday. Nothing happens when I click to download the test. I am feeling so much less secure now about passing Tuesday's exam. I'd like to be told by AAT what the problem is and hear an apology if it's due. Sorry, but this is just not good enough!

Tried to access the study support on IE 2 versions & firefox, also doesn't work in capability mode, would of been nice if there was an error or something on the page. Totally traumatised and wasted like 3 hours trying to get it to work when could of been revising

Looks like this is fixed now. I was able to get into the page using Firefox Portable at work.
