Hi
I have a client who has an HMO property let to students. Fire doors/fire alarms/fire blankets were installed immediately prior to letting. What's confusing me is the various guidelines on what is claimable /non-claimable under Capital Allowances. Can anyone out there help me out with a definitive answer?
