computerised accounting software - am i missing something?

Hi
This is quite specific so i hope someone can help - In the Computerised Accounting assessments (levels 1-3), it refers to a software package i should have downloaded to my system; since i am distance-learning i've been given no such software. Is this a fault in the resources provided for me, a fault of my training provider, or have i missed something?
Any advice appreciated!

maybe it would depend on the provider, when i did mine the software was provided with the course but i know others i looked into didn't provide it. Might be worth emailing your tutor to confirm.www.essencebookkeeping.co.uk0
