I thought I had apportionment studied quite well and was confident I knew it for the exam, however I come across Activity 5 in Chapter 7 and I can not for the life of me figure it out! It does not explain this on the answers either, which I think AAT should update their text books with explanation of answers - but thats for another discussion!
It asks you to complete the Overhead Analysis Sheet by apportioning Stores between production and maintenance then Maintenance between cutting and sewing. I assume Stores would be apportioned using Materials issued and maintenance would be based on machine hours, none of which have a total value showing? This is driving me crazy!!! Help anyone?
