Hello there,
I have a client who has a one-person limited company that is going into voluntary liquidation. I haven't submitted cessation accounts before. Do I need to do anything differently in the accounts I am submitting to Companies House? Is there anything specific I should include in the notes about the fact that the company is ceasing trading/liquidating?
Thank you
