External Auditing AAT vs ACA Certificate Level Assurance Paper

Hi

Would anyone happen to know if there is much difference between the audit paper in AAT and the certificate assurance paper in ACA?

I am thinking of taking the audit paper in AAT to save time and gain the exemption in ACA and don't know if the content is much different from the certificate level assurance paper in ACA

I know it seams a bit silly asking this on an AAT forum but if anyone happens to know anything, please let me know as it could save me some time when starting out in ACA

I did exactly that, sat it as an extra optional AAT module to get the ACA exemption. Don't know if the content's much different but it didn't hurt when I sat the assurance focussed papers at professional/advanced level.
