Urgent corporation tax help

This is my first time filing a CT return and I'm a bit stuck. I've been on hold with HMRC for the last hour, so thought I'd see if anyone was on here!

I'm filing for a 13 month period. The company has Sales income - which I've put in the turnover box, and Other Income - which I've put in the Other Income box. However, when you go through to apportion the income - the Other Income figure doesn't pull through (only the Turnover figure). But tax needs to be paid on the Other Income as well - so what to do?

I'd really appreciate any advice, as can't get through to HMRC at all, and would like to get this finished today if possible.
