Editor Help!

I'm currently looking for anyone who would be willing to edit a manuscript.

I've been doing a project to see how easy or hard it is to bring a manuscript to the market by self-publishing, I have a limited budget to bring this project to conclusion and would be grateful if anyone could help.

I've now got to the stage where I've reviewed it so much it's now becoming a pointless exercise and was hoping someone could cast an eye over it.
