Setting up payroll for new client part way thorugh year

Hi all,
I have a new client starting this week (awaiting paperwork ) their year end is march but they have already had a different payroll provider from April to now.

I've asked them for payslips to set up on People soft , and also details of any accrued holidays outstanding etc is there anything else I need to ensure they are set up correctly?

They are a small company with only 2 employees so wont need auto enrolment until April 16.
