Hi all
Quick question, i am thinking of starting an accounts and tax business but am not aat qualified. i did a degree in accounting and finance where i did tax as a module and ACCA part qualified. my question is can i be registered to do taxes or do i need to be an AAT affiliate? where else can i get information on the requirements to start a business and steps to follow.
Thanks

You need to check the ACCA rules as previously they didn't allow students to set up on their own until qualified.
Then you will need to consider your Money Laundering options.
I would give the Members in Practice team a call as they will be able to tell you what you need to do0 -
That will be nice

Thanks a lot0
