Hi just got my results for this unit and have failed from question question 6-10 can't believe how badly I did on the written questions. Have also failed financial statements but have retaken this one and waiting for my results . Can anyone give me any advice for the performance exam ? I have Osborne books is it worth buying the bpp books ? Can't believe how badly I'm doing this year as I passed all the previous years 1st time .

I know the feeling I did the financial performance unit for the 4th time and I still do not know if I passed or not I have Kaplan BPP and Osborne books, I can say that for the BPP it explains the topics more easily and clearer the only problem that I have for this unit is that the exam is much more harder than the BBP for example take the variance calculations! I take this opportunity to wish you best of luck for the result of Financial statements and the key to success if to never give up!:)0

Ok I do understand all the variances its from question 5 onwards. If I had lived close by or knew u personally I would explain how to do it. Thanks for the support. I'm hoping I have passed F-statements will let you know how I do when I get the results.0

hehe thx a lot about the variances I do know how to do calculate them the only problem that I am facing in this exam the first exercise which is the standard cost card because the examiner gives me a lot of information instead of the usual standard cost card I do not know if it is the same for you? I hope you pass this time from financial statements if there anything that I can do to help you please let me know hehe I hope I pass this time the waiting time is killing me0

It's similar to the AAT online mock assessments . The written sections and the smaller questions such as indexes averages and the later questions from 7,8,9 etc are important. Make sure you know how to these properly. Thanks again I hope to retake and pass this exam.0
