Where to begin???

I am 39 and thinking of change my carrier. Around 20 years ago i did bookkeeping in college for 2 years. Before jumping into level 2 or 3 i would need some refresher. I did order Level 1 Access workbook. Would this be enough? Are there any other books which you could advise?

Assuming you have access to the AAT Study Support have you looked at the e-learning modules, and webinars for level 2 and 3? You might be okay starting at a higher level than you think.
