Continuity of Practice nominee needed in Lincolnshire/Cambridgeshire/Nottinghamshire area

Hi, my little practice has recently expanded above 6 clients and I need a Continuity of Practice nominee. I am sole practitioner and was wondering whether there is anyone in Lincolnshire/Cambridgeshire/Nottinghamshire area willing to provide helping hand.(please  ) – more than happy to provide my details in return for the same purpose.
