Hi
I have a client who has two ltd companies and is the sole director of both. He wants to put one of the companies into insolvency but I'm not sure if he can do this as he is the director of the other company as well. Can anyone help me please?
Thank you
Lynn

Have you tried contacting an insolvency company, I'm sure they'll be able to answer your question straight off the top of their head. May be worth a short phone call and an introduction.0
