Abbey Tax advice/CCH helpline

As AAT Licensed accountants we have access to these services at a preferential rate.
I have used the CCH helpline before. At £28 per query it is very good value, although they will only answer one query at a time (say your query has implications for VAT and CT this would count as two separate queries).
Has anyone used Abbey Tax and VAT advice before? and how do they compare in terms of price?

We have our Tax Investigation Cover via Copperfield and we get a Tax helpline free with that. Larger more complex queries are chargeable but I have not paid for anything as yet.

Decided to go again with CCH helpline in the end and they were very helpful. I would definitely use them again when I have a technical query.

I've only used CCH once about a duty query and they were not able to help waste of £28!
