-Given the current significant growth, the company now require to appoint a Financial Controller
-Reporting directly to the CFO, you will have day to day responsibility for the finance department with finance and payroll reporting into you.
-As a fast growing, entrepreneurial company there is a very clear focus on the numbers and in this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with the operational teams.
-Implementing and improving the daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
-Direct contact with auditors and tax advisors
Who we're looking for
-A relevant accountancy qualification is a prerequisite, first time passes would be preferred
-You will display strong technical skills and be able to evidence success in leading a team
-Experience of the contact centre industry is not essential however, the ability to work with pace in a proactive environment is critical.
-A strong communicator with the ability to not only produce accurate and timely information but also to articulate what the information means in a clear and concise manner.
-This is an excellent opportunity for a professional, driven and enthusiastic individual who wants to make a real difference in an exciting entrepreneurial environment
