Pension: Relief at Source vs Net Pay, which scheme do you use?

Has anyone started to use auto-enrolment pension? Which scheme did you choose?

Also I believe NEST is operating only "Relief at Source", while the People's Pension give you the option to use "Net Pay" too.

It's everything so confusing and not sure which one is beneficial for employees on average earning (not lower).
