Books for Forecasting

I work for a small company (C. £3.5m t/o). Up to now we haven't bothered much with forecasting but this may change soon. Does anyone have any recommendations for books which will walk through the steps for producing forecast P&L, balance sheet and cash flows. I have scanned through Amazon but many of their books seem to apply more to larger companies. Thanks.
